2) Subject

This contract; It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.

3) Product Information

Type/type, quantity, brand-model compatibility, unit price and payment method of the products; It is stated on the order screen and/or invoice. For products that require vehicle compatibility, confirmation of compatibility in line with the vehicle information shared by the Buyer is important.

4) Price, Payment and Invoice

• The product price and shipping/delivery charge (if any) are shown during the order.
• Payment may be received by credit/debit card, bank transfer/EFT or other methods offered on the site.
• The invoice is delivered electronically or in print according to the information declared during the order.

5) Delivery

• The product is prepared and delivered to cargo after order confirmation and payment verification.
• Delivery time may vary depending on stock status, product type and cargo operations.
• The Buyer should check the package upon delivery; damaged packages should be documented.

6) Right of Withdrawal and Return

Receiver; may have the right of withdrawal within the scope of relevant legislation. Withdrawal/refund conditions; It varies depending on the nature of the product and the usage situation. The following rules apply during the return process:

• The product must be sent with its original packaging and all accessories so that resale conditions are maintained.
• For products that require vehicle compatibility, installed/damaged products may be excluded from return coverage.

7) Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes that may arise between the parties; Relevant consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts may be authorized.

8) Enforcement

The Buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted the provisions of this contract at the time of placing the order.
